This notice explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. Ask us on +91 70211 25585 and we'll give it to you in Hindi, Marathi or any other language in the Eighth Schedule.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Gharounda Realty, Mira Road East, Thane, a MahaRERA registered real estate agent (A011332601025), as a marketing partner for Urban Reserve by Cllaro Realty (MahaRERA PR1330002601293). For your details on this website, Gharounda Realty is the Data Fiduciary: we decide how they're used. Our company policy is at gharoundarealty.com/privacy-policy.
2. What we collect

Please don't send us your PAN, Aadhaar or bank details through this website. We'll ask for documents only at booking, in person or through the developer.
3. Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry about Urban Reserve: to call or message you with the price details, cost sheet and floor plans, and to arrange a site visit if you want one. We use it on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, and we won't use it for anything else without asking you again.
4. Calls, SMS and WhatsApp
Ticking the box lets us contact you about this project by call, SMS or WhatsApp, even if your number is on the DND list. We don't run marketing blasts. To stop, tell us on the call, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or SMS, or write to us (section 12). Stopping is as easy as saying yes was.
5. Who else sees your details
- Our team, to call you back.
- Our CRM and server, hosted by Hostinger in Mumbai, India, where your enquiry is stored.
- Meta (WhatsApp), when you chat with us on WhatsApp.
- Cllaro Realty (the promoter), only when you ask us to, for example to book a site visit or a home. We note this in our CRM.
We don't sell your details to anyone.
6. Cookies, browser storage and tracking
Needed for the site to work. Your browser remembers that you've already asked for the floor plans (so they stay open), and for that visit only, the link tags you arrived with, so they can go with your enquiry.
No ad tracking today. This site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel. If we add them, we'll update this notice first and show a message where you can say no.
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Google Maps, MahaRERA and WhatsApp open only when you tap their links.
7. How long we keep it
- Your enquiry: 24 months after we last spoke, then we delete it.
- Server security logs: 1 year.
- Backups: 14 days.
If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details, we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
8. How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS, your details are stored on our server in India, and only our team can see them. If there's ever a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you, and you can name someone to act for you. Contact us from the mobile number you enquired with so we can confirm it's you. We'll reply within 90 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Adults only
This website is meant for adults looking to buy a home. We don't knowingly collect details of anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you've already given us, we'll ask you again.
